Home Care & Maintenance
Every visit follows a written checklist, and you see the proof.
For owners who don’t rent, and for every home we host. Our local cleaning and maintenance team works your home on a schedule, checks it item by item, and photographs the finished result. Anything off is logged with photos, so problems are caught early instead of discovered by you or your guests.
Six layers of care. One system.
Home watch
A weekly walk-through written for your floor plan, plus rotating minor maintenance.
Arrival inspection
59 steps, separate from the clean: appliances and Wi-Fi tested, thermostat set, hot tub chemistry checked.
Turnover cleaning
A 49-step Departure Clean plus a post-clean inspection, with photos of every room.
Seasonal care
Deep Clean (61 steps), Pre-Season (47 steps) and Preventative Maintenance (36 steps).
Safety program
Smoke and CO alarms, extinguishers, GFIs, decks and railings, plus a 51-point safety baseline.
Hot tub & fireplace
Tubs cleaned and sanitized; fireplaces inspected. Any safety concern stays off until it is serviced.
