Matthew Tracy
Matthew is focused on identifying new business opportunities and achieving results that lead to the overall satisfaction of every client.
A native of Boulder, Colorado, Matthew earned his business education at a local community college. Working with experts across all walks of life has helped Matthew build his analytical skills, effectively communicate with clients, and fully anticipate the big-picture impact of day-to-day decisions. Matthew's experience in managing contracts for some of the most luxurious hotels in Vail, Snowmass, and Aspen has allowed him to understand the importance of being meticulous and ensuring each client is treated with an individualized experience.
Sharing a passion for giving back to the community, Matthew and his wife, Kimberly, work together to foster a community conducive to the intellectual, emotional, and interpersonal development of their children Zeke and Zoe. Matthew spends his free time backcountry snowboarding, attending concerts, hiking, camping, traveling, and entertaining friends and family.
Josh Leach
Josh at Elevation Homecare! Born and raised in the stunning Vail Valley, Josh enjoyed the privilege of experiencing world-class beauty and endless outdoor adventures, cultivating his deep appreciation for nature. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Biology from the University of Denver, laying a strong academic foundation.
After spending several years out of state, Josh and his wife decided to return to their roots and start a family, drawn back by the cherished memories of the vibrant lifestyle and culture in Vail.
Now, as a dedicated father of two, Josh has made a mark in the property management industry as an operations Manager, expertly caring for over 3,600 homes. His specialties include on-site management, conducting inspections, addressing maintenance needs, organizing vendors, and providing outstanding local concierge services. Together, with Elevation Homecare, we strive to enhance the living experience for families in our beautiful community!
